Good price - quality stay

The hotel is located near the city center and easily accessible. Although there is no real adjacent parking lot of the hotel, you can safely park your car on the side of the road. The staff (of the reception and the kitchen) are very friendly. We were happy to receive a king-size bed, as normally it was noted to receive 2 separate beds - this even without asking. Hotel room was very clean and calm, and the AC was allocated above the head of the bed - which I really liked because it avoids the direct cold wind on your body while sleeping. The breakfast was good. Nice (small) pool that was having a good temperature (but not super heated) to refresh.

The bathroom was rather small, and the shower did not have a real shower curtain or glass. So bathroom was getting wet within one minute by taking a shower. The breakfast was good, but we missed some variety in the hot buffet/cereals/sweets. The sunbeds were very useful, but it would be better if they had cushions so we could lay down on a less harder bench with our towel. You really feel the warmth of the sun on the windows of the hotel room when entering - using AC to cool down the room is a must! But really happy that these AC's were really working.

La gentillesse du personnel La proximité avec le centre ville Chambre familiale très grande

La difficulté pour se repérer car l'état Israélien brouille les GPS à Aqaba. Mais ceci est indépendant du personnel. Donc il faut anticiper les déplacements pour se repérer.

Overall good, only some little set backs.

The staff is very nice and helpful, friendly and kind the whole time. The atmosphere on the roof area is amazing with a nice view. The rooms are nice and cozy.

The beds were comfortable but the king size beds were just 2 single beds put together with 1 short sheet to share, it was weird to the feel but the mattresses were comfortable enough to ignore it. Only 1 elevator in a 7 floor hotel with 10 rooms on each floor is also a bit weird. The lack of options in the breakfast as there are some options to choose from, it gets repetitive after 2 or more days.

Very Good

The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially Amera at the front desk (morning shift) and Ghalib in the night shift. Relatively new decoration (Nov 2024)

Breakfast was below expectations for a 4* hotel, there was no soundproofing in the rooms where you could hear people from other rooms, and there were no ventilation fans in the bathrooms. The room mentioned to have a king-size bed, but we found two single beds together; that was very uncomfortable

i like the receptionist who very fexible to our late check out and check in really thanks to her a lot and we also enjoy the swimming pool very nice view , location is very nice everything is walking distance

no toothpaste , smoke detector broken , but everything is perfect

The best price for value experience and amazing hospitality

The hotel is really nice and neat. The receptionist Muneera is the most AMAZING and welcoming person ever! ???? and they prepared a beautiful surprise for us when they knew it was our first wedding anniversary! ???????????? The pool is really nice and always heated. The rooms are super clean and tidy, and the view from the roof is perfect.

Nothing at all ???? maybe only a suggestion to have more varieties for breakfast

The staff were welcoming and cooperative. The room is spacious. The view was excellent you can see the sea. The location was excellent and near to the center of aqaba.

Need more attention about the cleaness of the rooms and toilet. The breakfast is very standard, and there is no much options.
